Ceres Bistro chef shakes things up on menu

Ceres Bistro at the Beechwood Hotel, 363 Plantation St., Worcester, has rolled out a new menu.

Executive chef William Nemeroff said it’s the “first big change” since he took over the back of the house almost two years ago. The chef has set the bar a little higher for himself, creating food options that will satisfy both restaurant and hotel dining customers. Ceres and the Beechwood are committed to customer satisfaction, he said.

While the restaurant menu is in place, the wine list is still evolving, according to Nemeroff, who oversees not only the culinary operations at the restaurant, but also banquet and catering services at the hotel.
